LCHF Čokoladna torta / LCHF Chocolate cake

SLO: Čokoladna torta/mafini iz 2 sestavin

  • 3 rumenjaki
  • beljaki od 3 jajc
  • 180g temne čokolade (jaz sem uporabila Lind čokolado s 70% kakavovim deležem)

V eni posodi stepemo beljake tako, da nastane gosta zmes, sneg. Med tem premešamo rumenjake in prilijemo čokolado, ki jo pred tem raztopimo na ognju. Zmes je potrebno dobro premešati in nato postopoma dodajamo sneg iz beljakov. Vse skupaj lepo premešamo in vlijemo ali v pekač, ki smo ga namazali z maslom oz. obložili s peki papirjem, ali pa v modelčke za mafine. Pečemo dobrih 30 minut na 170 stopinj Celzija.

In VOILA!

P.S.: Priporočam, da sladico jeste z vročim ali svežim sadjem, sladoledom ali sladko smetano, ker je sladica že sama po sebi res zelo suha, ampak res neverjetno okusna z »dodatkom«.

ENG: Chocolate cake made out of 2 ingredients

  • Three egg yolks
  • Egg white from 3 eggs
  • 180g of dark chocolate (I used Lind Chocolate with 70% cocoa)

In one container, we whisk egg whites to form a thick mixture, snow. In the meantime, we mix the egg yolks and pour the chocolate, which was previously dissolved in the fire. Mix the batter well and gradually add snow from the egg whites. We mix it all and pour it into a baking dish, which was greased with butter or coated with baking paper, or in muffin models. Bake for a good 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

And VOILA!

P.S .: I recommend that you eat the dessert with hot or fresh fruit, ice cream or sweet cream, because it is indeed a very dried dessert, by itself, but incredibly delicious with the “addition.”
