Domača granola / Homemade granola

SLO:

  • 50g lanenih semen
  • 50g bučnih semen
  • 60g kokosove moke
  • 80g sesekljanih orehov
  • 80g sesekljanih lešnikov
  • ena pest mix semen (v mojem mixu so sončnična, bučna in sezam semena)
  • 50g stopljenega masla
  • 80g mandljev (nastrganih)
  • 2 žlici cimeta
  • 90g eritritola

Vse skupaj dobro premešamo in pustimo stati nekaj minutk. Nato še enkrat dobro premešamo in položimo na s peki papirjem obložen pekač. Granolo je idealno peči na 140 stopinj Celzija in jo mešati na nekaj minut. Jaz sem mojo pekla na 180 stopinj Celzija, ker je tako pisalo v večini receptov, ampak se je kar konkretno zapekla. Mislim, da bi bilo za marsikoga preveč tako, tako da raje 140 stopinj Celzija za 40 minut, kot moja verzija za 20 minut. Res je potrebno mešati na 5 minut, da se granola ne prismodi. Ko je granola končana jo lepo ohladiš in VOILA!

Hraniti jo je potrebno v posodi, ki ni prepustna.

Po želji lahko še na koncu granoli dodaš liofilizirane maline in pa čokolado (najboljša je Cavalier čokolada s stevio).

ENG:

  • 50g of flax seeds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 60g of coconut flour
  • 80g of chopped walnuts
  • 80g of chopped hazelnuts
  • one fist of mixed seeds (my mix includes sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds)
  • 50g of melted butter
  • 80g of almonds (grated)
  • Two tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 80g of erythritol

Stir well together and let it stand for a few minutes. After that, mix it well again and place it on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Granola is ideally baked at 140 degrees Celsius and mixed every few minutes. I baked mine at 180 degrees Celsius because it is written in most recipes, but it was heavily burned at the end. I think it would be too much for most of the people, so I would rather suggest 140 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes, as the version for 20 minutes. It is essential/vital to mix it every 5 minutes so that the granola does not burn up. When the granola is finished, you cool it off and VOILA!

It must be stored in a container that is not permeable.

If desired, you can add lyophilised raspberries and chocolate to the end of the granola (the best option is Cavalier chocolate with Stevie).
